About The Job:
Privatus Care Solutions is offering exciting per diem opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN) who want to develop one-to-one relationships and deliver quality, personalized care in the privacy and comfort of a client’s home. We have cases throughout Suffolk county - 1 hour – 12 hour shifts.
Shift Types:
- Short visit - 1 hour visit/s (wound care, IV infusions) $125.00 per visit
- Shifts - 6-12 hour cases (hospice, medical escorts, post-op care etc.) $65.00 per hour

Required:
- A minimum of one year of current RN experience in a home care, skilled nursing facility or hospital setting
- Valid NYS RN Registration
- BLS certification
- Pre-employment physical exam done within the past 12 months
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR titers or vaccination records showing completion of two (2) MMR doses are required
