Experience: 8–10 Years
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Direct Fund Raising to drive capital mobilization and investor acquisition for a leading investment management firm specializing in structured real estate credit and alternative investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive AUM growth through HNI, UHNI & Family Office investor acquisition
Build and manage a strong direct investor pipeline
Lead end-to-end fund-raising activities and capital closures
Develop relationships with Single & Multi-Family Offices, Corporate & Institutional Investors
Deliver investment presentations and manage due diligence discussions
Preferred Background:
Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) / PMS
Private Banking
Wealth Management
Asset Management Companies (AMC)
Family Office Advisory
Real Estate Investment / Structured Credit
