We are seeking a refined, professional Private Residential Chef to manage the culinary operations of a high-standard household in Jamnagar. Daily Culinary Rhythm:
- Breakfast (7:30 AM): Energizing, fresh, and punctual.
- Lunch: Balanced traditional or contemporary vegetarian fare.
- High-Tea: Sophisticated snacks and beverage pairings.
- Dinner (8:30 PM): A calming, wholesome end to the day.
The Ideal Candidate (The 'High IQ & EQ' Professional)
We are looking for a unique individual who brings more than just recipes to the table.
- Culinary Mastery: Formally trained with significant experience in multi-cuisine vegetarian cooking. You should be as comfortable with traditional Indian flavors as you are with global vegetarian trends.
- Emotional Intelligence (High EQ): You possess the "quiet presence" required in a private home knowing when to engage and when to provide privacy. You are intuitive to the family’s needs and moods.
- Intellectual Sharpness (High IQ): You are highly organized, capable of menu planning, pantry management, and maintaining a "zero-waste," ultra-hygienic kitchen environment.
- Character & Values: We value humility, politeness, and a respectful demeanor. This role requires an individual who is a non-smoker and non-drinker.
Requirements
- Language: Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in English and/or Gujarati is a significant advantage.
