Role Description
Private Cloud and DR Operations Lead to manage and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure. This role involves leading a team, ensuring high availability of platforms, driving automation, and owning end-to-end infrastructure operations.
Mandatory Skills - VMware ,OpenStack
Experience- 8+ Years
Notice Period - Maximum 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations of private cloud platforms (VMware ,OpenStack and Nutanix)
- Manage compute infrastructure (rack, blade, HCI environments)
- Own disaster recovery (DR drills, RTO/RPO, replication tools like SRM/Zerto)
- Drive automation & scripting ( PowerShell)
- Lead incident management & RCA for critical issues
- Monitor performance, ensure SLA & uptime compliance
- Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers
Required Skills
- Strong experience
- VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Svan)
- OpenStack
- Nutanix (AHV, Prism, AOS)
- Solid knowledge of:
- Linux administration
- Networking (VLANs, VXLAN, SDN basics)
- Storage (SAN/NAS/HCI)
- Hands-on scripting & automation experience
