We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Private Estate Chef to lead kitchen operations at a luxury farmhouse in Delhi. This role demands excellence in gourmet cooking, menu innovation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for homeowners and their guests.
👨 🍳 Key Responsibilities
- Curate and execute personalized, gourmet menus based on owner preferences
- Prepare high-quality multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, health-focused)
- Ensure fine-dining presentation and service standards
- Manage end-to-end kitchen operations including inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Source premium, organic, and farm-fresh ingredients
- Maintain top-tier hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen aesthetics
- Plan and execute private events, weekend gatherings, and special occasions
- Introduce seasonal menus, tasting experiences, and innovative dishes
- Deliver discreet, professional, and detail-oriented service
✅ Key Requirements
- 20+ years of professional culinary experience
- Expertise across multiple global cuisines
- Strong skills in menu planning, food presentation, and kitchen management
- Experience in luxury villas, private estates, or 5-star hospitality setups
- Knowledge of organic, farm-to-table, and sustainable cooking practices
- Proficiency in baking, BBQ, and modern culinary techniques
🎓 Education & Certifications
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Professional Cookery
- Training from reputed institutes (IHM or equivalent preferred)
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (FSSAI or equivalent)
- Additional certifications in international cuisines, baking, or gourmet cooking are a plus

- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
