Job Summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker/ Partner to join our First Private team in the West region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management and sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals. As a Private Banker/ Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients and providing them with personalized banking and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals in the West region
• Understand clients' financial goals and provide them with customized banking and investment solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance on wealth management and financial planning
• Cross-sell various banking and investment products and services to clients
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with the best possible advice
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private team
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or private banking
• Proven track record of managing high net worth clients and achieving sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of banking and investment products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
