Social Media Manager – Bali Real Estate Growth Hacker

As the Social Media Manager in our company, you will be responsible for driving the company's social media strategy and growth initiatives to help expand its reach and connect with potential customers in the Bali real estate market. This is a full-time position based in Bali. What you'll be doing Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation Create and curate compelling, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the company's marketing objectives Implement effective social media campaigns and monitor their performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise results Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to integrate social media efforts with other digital marketing initiatives Analyse social media metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and future planning Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and recommend new opportunities to reach and engage the target audience What we're looking for Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in the real estate or property development industry Excellent understanding of the Bali real estate market and the local audience's social media behaviours and preferences Proficiency in creating and curating engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise social media performance Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills What we offer We are committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
