About the role

Work from home, anywhere in Australia. Part time or full-time. Supportive and collaborative Allied Health team supporting NDIS participants. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Officer with experience working in an Allied Health Service who supports NDIS participants. Key Responsibilities: Uploading invoices and managing payments to providers Reading NDIS plans and inputting information into our CRM system Following up aged receivables Liaising with clients and internal and external stakeholders Providing other administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of NDIS services. About You Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role within an Allied Health NDIS service with solid understanding of Allied Health roles (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Psychology) and Behaviour Support Strong understanding of compliance, and funding structures. Experience with PRODA is essential Tech savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products, CRM systems experience Excellent communication skills and positive attitude, reliable and conscientious.
