About the role

Key Responsibilities: · Financial Reporting: o Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. o Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and accruals. o Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls. o Take a lead role in managing the year-end audit process and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth operations. · Financial Planning: o Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring that financial objectives align with company goals. o Provide strategic insights and analysis on financial performance, offering recommendations to management for improving profitability and efficiency. o Develop detailed financial reports for senior management and support decision-making with actionable financial data. · Cash Management: o Monitor and manage the company's daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and capital investments. o Oversee bank account reconciliations and cash position reporting, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources. o Assist in the development of cash flow forecasts and collaborate with other departments to implement effective cash management strategies.
