Responsibilities:
Build self-serve tools/frameworks necessary to quickly and easily deploy and maintain complex applications.
- Work with development teams to enable robust CI/CD pipelines and stable products
- Contribute code or test automation to development pipelines.
- Develop release approach using automated, containerized deployment techniques
- Develop automation scripts, daemons, and APIs to reduce operational overhead
- Evaluate new tools and techniques to drive efficiencies
- Manage Cloud infrastructure services and accounts
- Support internal & external customers and participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation
- Manage Centos Servers
Skills:
You are a go-getter with 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing and automating production infrastructure and pipelines with a BE/BTECH/MCA degree
- Experience with infrastructure automation/configuration using Ansible and Terraform
- Must have experience with Docker Swarm and/or Kubernetes experience.
- Experience configuring and using monitoring tools for internal datacenter infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, & containers (Nagios & Prometheus)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Go, Golang, Bash shell, etc)
- Good knowledge of multi-tiered application stacks (primarily Java based) with a mix of technologies; including Apache, Tomcat and JBoss
- Experience with AWS/Digital Ocean with a focus on SysOps Administration or DevOps Engineering
- Familiar with Eclipse, Maven, GIT and CI servers (e.g. Bitbucket, Gitlab,Jenkins/Hudson, Bamboo)
