About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 10-14 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of financial modules, strong business process understanding, and experience working with stakeholders to drive successful implementations. Key Responsibilities : Should have done at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Configure and support core Fusion Financials modules, including : General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets ,Cash Management, Expenses, Financial Reporting and Budgeting Work with business users and stakeholders to analyse financial processes and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions. Provide functional expertise to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance system performance. Develop functional specifications for custom reports, integrations, and extensions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations with third-party systems. Conduct CRP , UAT and training sessions for end users. Provide post-go-live support and assist in troubleshooting system issues. Stay updated with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features to recommend improvements. Work in an agile or waterfall project environment, depending on business needs. Required Skills & Experience : 10-14 years of experience in Oracle Finance implementations, with at least 3-5 years in Oracle Fusion Financials. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and their mapping in Oracle Cloud. Hands-on experience in configuring Fusion Financials modules and defining chart of accounts, multi-currency, and financial reporting. Experience with OTBI Reports, FBDI, and ADFDI for data upload and analysis. Strong expertise in approval workflows (BPM), security roles, and user access controls. Ability to write functional design documents (MD50) and work with technical teams on reports and integrations. Experience in handling multi-country and multi-currency implementations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications : Oracle Cloud Financials certification is a plus. Experience in migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion. Exposure to IFRS, and GAAP standards.
