Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in the following areas :

  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
  • Solid understanding of Oracle HR and Payroll processes from a technical perspective
  • Experience in creating reports using Oracle XML Publisher
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Workflow and AME (Approval Management Engine) setup
  • Understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
