Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Build and deepen relationships with existing Priority clients to increase the share of wallet and prevent attrition.
- Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new high-net-worth customers to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Wealth Advisory: Provide bespoke advice on investment products, treasury, and insurance, often in partnership with product specialists.
- Service Excellence: Deliver premium, personalized service, ensuring high customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all internal policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: Generally requires 2-5+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking.
- Education: A degree holder is typically preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and banking services.
