At Heal OS, we’re building the future of healthcare operations — and we’re looking for a Business Development Associate with strong expertise in US Healthcare RCM to drive impactful client conversations.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM:
- • Patient Registration & Eligibility
- • Prior Authorization
- • Medical Coding (basic knowledge)
- • Claims Submission (EDI/Clearinghouse)
- • Denial Management & AR Follow-up
- Ability to translate operational knowledge into client solutions
- Experience in US healthcare processes (provider / billing companies / BPOs)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the US healthcare space
- Understand client pain points in RCM and position Heal OS solutions
- Drive demos, presentations, and sales conversations
- Work closely with operations teams to align solutions with client needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Salary Fixed 35000 per month in hand plus incentive
