Supervise daily operations of Flexographic Printing machines for woven PP/PE packaging products.
Plan and execute production as per production schedule, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Set and monitor printing parameters including ink, viscosity, colour, registration, speed, pressure, and drying.
Ensure proper machine setup, cylinder/plate/anilox selection, and changeover activities.
Monitor print quality, colour consistency, registration, shade matching, and overall appearance.
Identify and resolve printing defects such as shade variation, mis-registration, pinholes, smudging, ink adhesion issues, and uneven printing.
Monitor raw material, ink, solvent, and other consumable usage to minimize wastage.
