Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printing Production Manager based in Sivakasi. The Printing Production Manager will oversee daily printing operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring workflow to meet quality and delivery targets. The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, and ensuring printing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. The manager will implement and refine production processes, maintain safety and compliance standards, and track key performance metrics such as output, waste, and downtime. The position also includes problem-solving production issues, collaborating with management on continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing regular operational reports.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in printing production management or a similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong skills in production planning, workflow coordination, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of printing machinery operations, maintenance coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with quality control processes, safety practices, and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
- Ability to lead and train production teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production tracking tools or software and basic data analysis for performance monitoring.
- Diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Production Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
