Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Node.js Developer to join our core tech team. You'll be responsible for building scalable backend services, integrating third-party APIs (like Shopify and Zoho), managing a multi-tenant architecture, and contributing to the evolution of our product. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express. Work with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM to manage multi-tenant data structures and optimize database performance. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that power web and mobile applications. Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experience. Implement integrations with third-party platforms like Shopify, Zoho Commerce, etc. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices. Debug, monitor, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the platform as we scale. Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js. Proficient in PostgreSQL and experience with Prisma ORM (or similar). Strong understanding of REST API design, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Experience working with third-party APIs and SDKs (e.g., Shopify, Zoho, Razorpay, etc.). Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures is a big plus. Basic understanding of front-end integration (React/Next.js is a plus). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
