Embroidery Lead

PRINTFLY IS LOOKING FOR AN EMBROIDERY LEAD

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Experience with embroidery machines, Multi-head Tajima Preferred
• Lead teams of 10+ embroidery operators on a daily basis
• Scheduling & prioritizing orders according to various parameters
• Reassigning staff according to workflow

Requirements:

• Above Average computer skills
• Ability to transition between tasks as needed : Running machines, Trimming, Shipping, Receiving, HD
• Flexibility with schedule OT when needed
• Pulse digitizing experience is a plus
