This is a full-time, on-site Printer Engineer role based in Noida. The Printer Engineer will be responsible for installing, operating, repairing, and maintaining a variety of printers and related hardware. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance, conducting diagnostic tests, and ensuring optimal printer functionality. The candidate will also provide customer support, assist in training end-users, and document service and repair logs as required. Close collaboration with teams and adherence to company quality standards is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of printer operation, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with hardware and software components.
