Job Title: PCB Design Engineer – ATE Boards
Qualification:
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or PSC Electronics
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in PCB design, preferably in ATE board development.
Job Profile:
Ufame is looking for a skilled PCB Design Engineer with expertise in ATE board design, including Load Boards, Probe Cards, and RF Boards. The candidate will be responsible for designing high-layer count PCBs and delivering high-quality board layouts for semiconductor testing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ATE boards including Load Boards, Probe Cards, DUT Boards, and RF Boards.
- Handle high layer count PCB designs (40–60+ layers).
- Perform high-speed and RF PCB layout design.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to meet design specifications and testing requirements.
- Ensure PCB designs meet signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability standards.
Required Tools / Technologies:
- Cadence Allegro / OrCAD PCB Editor (V17.4 / V17.2 / V16.6)
- Pads Power PCB
- CAM350
- Altium Designer
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Probe Card Layout and Load Board design
- Experience in high-speed PCB design and RF PCB design
- Good understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes
- Experience in ATE testing for analog, mixed-signal, and power products
- Hands-on experience with ATE test platforms such as ETS, V93K, and J750
- Basic electronics knowledge is mandatory
