We are looking for a passionate and skilled RF Design Engineer to join our growing team working on cutting-edge wireless, defense, aerospace, satellite, and high-frequency embedded systems.
If you enjoy designing high-performance RF boards, solving complex signal integrity challenges, and building advanced embedded hardware platforms including FPGA-based systems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics for embedded systems
- Design high-frequency RF PCBs for applications ranging from MHz to multi-GHz systems
- Work on FPGA-based and SDR-based hardware platforms and high-speed interface routing
- Design multilayer PCB stack-up planning using materials such as Rogers, RT/duroid, RO4350, RO3003, RT5880, and hybrid RF + FR4 structures
- Perform RF layout for impedance-controlled traces, microstrip, stripline, coplanar waveguide, and controlled high-speed routing
- Ensure proper grounding, shielding, isolation, EMI/EMC performance, thermal management, and signal integrity
- Design for power integrity, low-noise RF performance, and robust embedded system reliability
- Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors for DFM, DFA, and manufacturability optimization
- Support prototype bring-up, debugging, tuning, validation, and system integration
- Work closely with RF, FPGA, embedded, and hardware teams for complete product development
- Schematic design experience is an added advantage, but strong PCB design expertise is the primary requirement
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, Kicad, OrCAD, or similar
- Understanding of EMI/EMC practices and complex mixed-signal hardware constraints
- Antenna design and simulation exposure (HFSS, CST, ADS – added advantage)
- Experience in RF PCB layout and stack-up design
- Experience with SDR platforms or satellite communication systems
Knowledge of hardware schematics design is an added advantage
