On-site About the Opportunity We are hiring an on-site Print Production Executive to own end-to-end print operations, drive quality and timeliness, and optimise vendor and production workflows. This role sits at the intersection of client-facing account delivery and hands-on production management?ideal for candidates who combine technical prepress skills(digital printing) with strong vendor coordination and QC discipline. Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end print production: validate files, manage prepress, coordinate proofs, oversee press checks, finishing, packing, and on-time dispatch. Collaborate with clients, designers, and account teams to confirm specifications, timelines, and approvals; translate creative files into production-ready assets. Negotiate quotes, select and manage external printers/vendors, schedule runs, and monitor costs to meet budget and delivery targets. Enforce prepress standards: PDF/X compliance, correct color profiles, trapping, imposition, and proof sign-offs to minimise reprints. Perform quality control at key stages; identify defects, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain SLAs. Maintain production schedules, update MIS/production logs, track consumables/inventory, and report KPIs (on-time delivery, rejects, cost variance). Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Adobe InDesign(basic) Adobe Illustrator (Basic) Adobe Photoshop (Basic) Prepress workflow Color management Preferred Digital printing Imposition software Print estimating / MIS software Qualifications Diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Production Management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Proven experience in commercial print production or agency print operations; comfortable with fast turnaround and multiple concurrent projects. Strong vendor management and basic cost-control / estimation capabilities.
