Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary UX leader to drive the future of AI-powered user experiences. The ideal candidate will lead UX strategy, build innovative customer experiences using Generative AI and Agentic AI, and create seamless interactions between users and AI systems.
This role requires a strong mix of UX leadership, AI-driven innovation, customer journey understanding, design thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive UX strategy for AI-powered products and platforms.
- Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI into UX research, design, and workflow processes.
- Design customer experiences based on customer journey insights and AI-driven engagement.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems.
- Create intuitive experiences for human and AI-agent interactions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing UX team.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Marketing teams.
- Drive innovation, experimentation, and UX best practices.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging AI and UX trends.
- Support enterprise-level architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 15-20+ years of experience in UX, Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Design.
- Strong expertise in:
- UX Strategy
- Design Thinking
- Customer Experience Design
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Design Systems
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to solve complex business and design problems.
- Hands-on approach with strong execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, AI, UX Design, or related field.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Experience building AI-powered customer experiences and multi-agent ecosystems
