Why This Role Matters
Sirion is kicking off a journey to deliver on an aggressive 3 year AOP that balances robust growth with sound profitability.
This role will help realize that journey by connecting the 3 year goal to an annual set of priorities and those priorities into quarterly initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Transformation, you’ll be the operating spine, playing the role of equal part strategist and program operator by taking ambiguous opportunity areas into clear problem statements and workplan, align stakeholders with competing interests and drive those to an outcome – repeatedly, across different initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Own the 1-2 highest-priority quarterly corporate initiatives at any given time, as defined by the Global Leadership Team (GLT)
- Work alongside the SVP, Transformation to standup and own the quarterly execution rythym of Sirion’s Value Creation Plan (VCP) incl. GLT reviews, Board updates and additional operational rigor as needed
- Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority - convening workstreams, aligning competing stakeholders, and holding the right people to the right outcomes
- Move fluidly across problem types - org design one quarter, M&A integration planning the next, GTM strategy the one after - without losing rigor or credibility
- Actively collaborate with the GLT to shape the quarterly corporate initiatives, based on business criticality and enterprise value
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table.
- 8+ years of experience in a combination of Strategy and Operations role in a fast paced enterprise SaaS company.
- Meaningful industry and operational experience within enterprise SaaS is mandatory – the
- complexity and pace is the most transferable context for what this role will encounter
- Generalist depth across Product Development, operating model design, GTM, cost transformation - not deep specialization in one domain.
- A track record of driving outcomes, not just running well-structured programs - knows the difference between a program that looks good in a status update and one that's actually delivering value
- Comfortable in front of senior stakeholders fast - can be in a room with the Chief Product Officer or the CFO on week two of a program and be taken seriously
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
