Job Summary
As a Principal Specialist at Temenos Headquarters S.A., you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise across various IT domains to drive innovation, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute significantly to our product development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and propose innovative solutions for enhancement and optimization.
- Design and develop robust applications, including front-end (Graphical User Interface - GUI) and back-end components, ensuring a seamless User Experience (UX) Design.
- Perform advanced IT Testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
- Apply expertise in Compiling and Decompiling Code for analysis, debugging, and optimization purposes.
- Configure and maintain complex Computer System Configurations, Portal Server Configurations, and WAN Switching and Firmware Configurations.
- Manage Program Installation and Versioning throughout the development and deployment phases.
- Actively Document and Model User Requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Provide expert Information Technology (IT) Support, resolving complex technical issues and offering guidance to junior team members.
- Drive Action Planning for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established methodologies.
- Maintain a high level of Digital Literacy, staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Action Planning and project execution within an IT environment.
- Extensive experience in Application Development across various platforms and technologies.
- Proven ability in Assessment, analysis, and problem-solving within complex IT systems.
- Advanced skills in Compiling and Decompiling Code.
- In-depth knowledge of Computer System Configuration, including hardware and software components.
- High level of Digital Literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong capabilities in Documenting and Modeling User Requirements.
- Proficiency in Graphical User Interface (GUI) development and User Experience (UX) Design principles.
- Significant experience in providing Information Technology (IT) Support.
- Expertise in IT Testing methodologies and tools.
- Solid understanding and experience with Portal Server Configuration and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Program Installation and Versioning control systems.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
