As we continue to scale across banking and consumer platforms, we are looking to strengthen how we onboard partners and ensure stability across live integrations.
We are hiring for a role to lead Tech Integrations and Live Ops.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client relationships, and will be critical in scaling our platform across banks and large consumer apps.
What this role will own:
• Integration design with partners
• Publisher onboarding
• Technical discussions with clients
• Debugging production issues
• System stability across integrations
• Monitoring and improving live deployments
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong client communication skills
• Understands APIs, systems, and integrations
• Can troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Is comfortable working across teams and handling ambiguity
This is a high ownership role with direct impact on how our platform scales.
