Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. - Design digital customer experience (DCX) solutions using CRM,
- Create proposals, pricing, and solution designs.

- Build omnichannel customer experience strategies.Perform pricing, cost estimation, and deal structuring.
