Role Description
The Principal - School of Law will oversee the academic operations, program development, and administrative functions of the School of Law at St. Mary’s Rehabilitation University. Responsibilities include curriculum design, faculty recruitment, fostering a culture of research, ensuring academic excellence, and building industry and academic collaborations. The Principal will also act as the senior leader for the institution, supporting student success and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and international legal education benchmarks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law with a demonstrated history of academic and professional excellence in legal studies.
- Strong Analytical and Research skills for effective curriculum development and strategic decision-making.
- Proficient Communication and Writing abilities to interact effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and managerial capabilities for overseeing the School of Law's operations and team development.
- Ph.D. in Law or a related discipline, with substantial teaching and research experience.
- Experience in establishing partnerships with legal institutions, regulatory bodies, and fostering faculty growth is highly desirable.
- Understanding of global legal education standards and commitment to advancing inclusive, cross-disciplinary program excellence.
