💼 Role Overview
As a Principal Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of priority / high-net-worth clients, offering tailored financial solutions and driving revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Acquire and manage high-value client relationships (HNI/priority banking)
✔️ Drive revenue through CASA, wealth, investment, and loan products
✔️ Provide financial advisory and customized solutions based on client needs
✔️ Build long-term relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
✔️ Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory guidelines
✔️ Achieve sales targets and portfolio growth objectives
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ 2–8 years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services
✔️ Strong background in relationship management & sales
✔️ Good understanding of banking & investment products
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance/Commerce preferred)
