Our client is a health-tech company that helps providers improve clinical and administrative efficiency through digital solutions and services. This role focuses on building company’s digital ecosystem, driving product outcomes, and creating business value through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Product Management leadership role driving design, development, and delivery of digital solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Own and manage product modules/platforms, contributing to the overall product roadmap and digital initiatives
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, development, release, and post-launch improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align with business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication, including updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain key documentation such as status reports, release notes, user manuals, and training materials
- Support user training and assist teams during testing and product adoption
Requirements:
- 7–9 years of overall experience, with 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner/Product
- Manager.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare, with exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives within healthcare workflows, working
- closely with operations, UX, engineering, and client teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning,
- UAT coordination, and release support.
