Principal Product Manager – Fintech Platform (Multiple Openings)
We are hiring Principal Product Managers across multiple product domains at a large-scale fintech platform serving rural and semi-urban India through an extensive agent network.
All openings require the same senior profile: the ability to define product architecture across interconnected systems, embed compliance and risk logic into product flows, influence cross-functional decisions without direct authority, and operate with a high degree of ambiguity while still shipping production-grade systems.
Open domains
We are hiring across three areas. Shortlisted candidates will be matched to the most relevant domain based on their background:
- Credit Platform & Loan Center: Multi-lender marketplace, LSP-led lending journeys, Business Rule Engine, credit bureau integrations, assisted and self-serve credit UX
- Platform & Agent Experience: Core app architecture, onboarding and activation flows, journey orchestration across all product lines, vernacular and accessibility layer
- Insurance Marketplace: End-to-end insurance distribution platform, insurer API integrations, assisted selling journeys, policy lifecycle and renewals
You are a strong fit if you have
- 3-5 years in fintech product roles with at least 2 years at a senior or principal level
- Owned platform-level or regulated product systems — lending, insurance, wallets, or multi-product app architecture
- Made architectural product decisions and governed cross-product experience standards
- Worked in compliance-heavy or regulated product environments
- Engineering degree preferred (Tier-1 / strong Tier-2)

- You have only executed within a defined product scope without system-level ownership
- You are uncomfortable with regulated, rule-heavy, or compliance-driven product environments
- You rely on direction rather than setting it
