Hiring: Principal Product Engineer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Principal Product Engineer to lead the technical architecture of two core products:
- AI Evaluation Platform (GenAI scoring & analysis)
- AI Test Execution Platform (AI-driven testing workflows)
You’ll design and build scalable, production-grade systems at the intersection of AI, engineering, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own architecture and design of core systems
- Build backend services for AI evaluation, testing, and reporting
- Develop APIs, dashboards, and scalable data systems
- Collaborate with ML, QA, and DevOps teams
- Drive engineering standards and technical decisions
Must-Have Skills:
- 8–12+ years in software engineering
- Strong backend expertise (Python preferred; Java/Go ok)
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
- Solid understanding of APIs, system design & scalability
