Role Definition: Roles at this level are responsible for understanding customer's technical requirement of a project, developing process concepts/ process design package and work in close cooperation with BD & Sales team to deliver a competitive bid and successful project execution.

Qualification & Skills

• B. Tech/ M. Tech in Chemical Engineering from reputed university and 8 to 12 years’ experience in the field of Process Design and Engineering
• Hands on experience of Process Simulation tools like UNISIM, Aspen, HYSIS, etc
• Hands on experience of Process Design engineering of Hydrogen, Synthesis Gas, Ammonia, HyCO plants.
  
  

Key Role & Responsibility

• Process simulations for hydrogen- and synthesis gas plants based on inquiry documents and optimization of overall plant economics based on life cycle cost (or NPV)
• Preparation and checking of PFD, Heat & Mass Balance, process data sheets, sizing of plant equipment and participation in PFD, P&ID discussions, and HAZOP studies.
• Preparation of the required process deliverables for technical proposals including utility consumption and process description
• Aftersales service including plant visits, plant performance evaluation, revamp of plant and discussions with customers for optimization.
• Participation during Start-up of plants and conduct process performance tests.
