🚀 We’re Hiring: Principal Platform Engineer (DevOps + Development Background)

📍 Location: Bangalore | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Platform Engineer to architect and evolve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), enabling seamless software delivery and operational excellence across teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Internal Developer Platform (IDP)

• Architect and enhance IDP solutions across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Owners to support SAFe release trains
• Drive automation and platform standardization

🔹 IDP Integrations

• Integrate IDP with infrastructure tools using IaC frameworks
• Lead integrations with CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and governance tools
• Enable test automation, monitoring, and recovery workflows

🔹 Piloting & Enablement

• Evaluate and pilot new tools and technologies
• Enable development teams post-POC through training and guidance
• Collaborate on application architecture for platform alignment

🔹 Team Growth

• Mentor and guide engineers for high-quality and timely delivery
• Foster a strong engineering and DevOps culture

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 10+ years of experience in software development

✔️ Strong DevOps expertise with development background (.NET / Java)

✔️ Experience with microservices & distributed systems

✔️ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Tech Stack:

• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP
• Cloud: AWS, Azure
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi
• Monitoring: Splunk, ELK, Datadog
• CI/CD: Jenkins, TeamCity, OctopusDeploy, ArgoCD
• Containers: Kubernetes / OpenShift

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with C# / .NET
• Airline/DCS domain experience
• TDD & advanced CI/CD practices
• Infrastructure engineering for complex systems
• Passion for exploring emerging technologies
