Reports To: Co-founder / Partners
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Principal Operations Consultant with 15+ years of expertise in Production, Manufacturing, Operations, Process Excellence, and Consulting.
The ideal candidate will lead large-scale operational projects, drive strategic process improvements, and mentor a team of consultants while engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver consulting assignments focused on Operational Efficiency, Process Excellence, and Productivity Improvement.
- Manage, guide, and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring achievement of project KPIs.
- Define and achieve consulting outcomes aligned with short-term milestones and long-term strategic goals.
- Work directly with clients at Director/CXO level to identify challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Implement process improvement strategies both on-site and off-site.
- Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and project planning.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to deliver measurable improvements.
- Drive ERP / SAP / software implementation projects.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support business growth and continuity.
Requirements / Qualifications- BE / B.Tech / MBA (Operations / Manufacturing / Production / Consulting)
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Operations Consulting, Production, or Process Excellence
- Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, operations systems, and strategy implementation
- Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / software implementation
- Strong command over Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
