Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Officer located in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The Principal Officer will oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, manage and evaluate trading activities, and ensure risk mitigation practices are in place. Key responsibilities include liaising with regulatory bodies, maintaining the integrity of trading operations, preparing reports for stakeholders, and implementing the organizational policies and protocols effectively.

Qualifications

• 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐂𝐒)
• UG or PG Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a well know institute.
• 7- 12 years prior experience in a trading or financial management role preferred
• Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, and algorithmic trading concepts
• Proficient in regulatory compliance and risk management practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Proficiency in tools and techniques related to trading analytics and market research

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Ensure compliance with IFSCA regulations
• Handle regulatory filings and communication
• Maintain records and documentation
• Support audits and internal reviews
