Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Principal at the Nursing College under the Ashaa Kirann Group of Institutions, located in Bhubaneswar. The Principal will oversee the overall administration and operations of the nursing college, including academic planning, staff management, compliance with regulatory norms, student engagement, and fostering a culture of academic excellence. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, mentoring faculty, ensuring high standards of education, and collaborating with management to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and administrative skills, with experience in managing academic teams and college operations
• In-depth knowledge of nursing education, including curriculum development and accreditation standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with faculty, students, and stakeholders
• Ability to mentor and inspire faculty and students to achieve academic success and foster innovation
• Expertise in compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Ph.D. or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience at a leadership level within an academic or healthcare setting
• Commitment to promoting excellence in nursing education and contributing to student success
