The role involves end-to-end program management, stakeholder coordination, operational governance, monitoring & evaluation, and impact reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes through structured implementation and team management.
Title : Principal Manager - Programs & CSR Initiatives
Experience : 6 - 10 Years
Location : Pune, MH
Mode of work : On-site
Key Responsibilities:- Lead implementation of large scale CSR and capacity building programs across multiple states.
- Manage program execution, timelines, quality standards, and operational delivery.
- Supervise state coordinators, trainers, field teams, and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, government bodies, schools, and stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee curriculum, training content, and program delivery frameworks.
- Design and monitor dashboards, M&E frameworks, and impact metrics.
- Prepare monthly reviews, quarterly reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure compliance, governance standards, and data authenticity across operations.
- Conduct field visits, monitoring reviews, and risk assessments.
- Identify operational and financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive accountability, performance management, and resource optimization.
Requirements:- Master’s degree in Management, Education, Public Policy, MBA, or related field.
- 6 –10+ years of experience in CSR, NGO, Education, EdTech, or social impact programs.
- Proficient in AI tools, productivity platforms, dashboards, and data analytics tools.
- Experience managing multi-state projects and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for field operations and stakeholder engagement.
