- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that enhance system reliability and performance.
- Oversee the integration and operation of Splunk Admin ensuring optimal data management and analysis.
- Provide expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to improve system availability and reduce downtime.
- Utilize Grafana to create insightful dashboards that monitor system health and performance metrics.
- Implement ELK stack solutions to streamline log management and data analysis processes.
- Manage Dynatrace AppMon configurations to ensure efficient application performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
