Role Overview
The Principal Growth Partner – Key Accounts will manage and strengthen relationships with our most strategic clients. This role focuses on nurturing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that support revenue expansion and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture strategic key accounts, ensuring strong and long-term client relationships.
Act as the senior relationship partner for high-value clients including infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, pharma, manufacturing, and enterprise clients.
Identify opportunities for business growth, cross-selling, and new engagements within existing accounts.
Develop account strategies and growth plans for major clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Monitor client portfolio performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Represent Indus Hub in client meetings, industry forums, and strategic discussions.
Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and new product opportunities.
