Principal - Global Services

Principal - Global Services Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 5-10 client service associates and analysts to deliver excellence in global services for a large portfolio of clients across various industries. - Enhance operational efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and drive continuous process improvements. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, manage client relationships, and address their concerns proactively. - Collaborate with various internal teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury) to ensure seamless delivery of services. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to enable data-driven decision making. - Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the service delivery model. - Provide training and mentorship to the team to develop their skills and capabilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the global services or shared services domain. - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. - Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. - Experience in implementing new technologies and tools to drive operational improvements. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
