Job Purpose: this section helps you understand the business and provides high level summary of the role As the Delivery Manager Automation CoE, this role is pivotal in managing automation (multiple technologies) delivery. This role will be responsible for working closely with the business units to identify opportunities, maintain consistent delivery of Projects and comply to company norms. It will also require prioritizing projects and build a steady book of work for the team. Implement and maintain Cost benefit Analysis consistently across Business Units assigned. This role reports into Head of PGS BPM and Automation and will be part of the overall PGS Transformation function. Essential Deliverables: the section helps understand the job ownership and accountability · Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) administration, encompassing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of RPA tools and environments. · Architects, Designs, Implements, and maintains continuous build and deployment delivery mechanisms, leveraging innovative solutions and automation. · Demonstrates proven capability to proactively assess RPA performance, scalability and has ability to evaluate the impact and feasibility of the system changes and proposes the best solutions to implement. · Firsthand experience with RPA Solution design and development is necessary. · Proficient in network provisioning and administration of load balancers, firewalls, and implement security standards, efficient disaster recovery plan. · Experience in architecting Cloud first, API first, DevOps and Agile automation. · Demonstrates capabilities of RPA/Automation system upgrade practices and executions · Communicate and interact with all departments and operating groups to recommend process mapping / modelling and re-engineering solutions for optimizing business processes. · Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Build strong mechanisms to track value derived from these initiatives for business and stakeholders, both qualitative and quantitative. · Ability to support business service delivery, manage escalations, and incident management. · Drive culture of high performance and inclusiveness, process improvement and transformation to drive value and optimization. · Significant people management and partnership capability, be able to lead and manage an aspiring team of highly skilled and tenured staff. · Build and foster an environment of transparency. Encourage experimentation, continuous learning among staff. Build talent and succession plans for key roles. Proactively advocates with the staff the value and power of our automation engineering qualities. Technical Skills: · Experience in RPA platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere. · Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, citrix) and different operating systems · Experience in any cloud orchestration (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) · Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) for managing data used in automation processes. · Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks. · Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, .net) as RPA tools support custom coding. Qualifications-Certifications-Relevant Work Experience: Preferred educational background: Bachelor's/master's degree. Advanced studies/certifications in process improvement and automation. Strong understanding of technical landscape of intelligent automation and hands-on experience in managing development and stakeholder management. Handon experience on desk and process automation technologies including RPA software especially UiPath, Automation Anywhere, workflows, data analytics & visualization tools, is a must-have. Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 12 years+ professional experience, preferably with BFSI international GCCs or service providers. We seek a seasoned delivery manager who has led, built, and intelligent automation practices in global environments.
