Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indapur for a Principal at a primary school. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations, ensuring the effective implementation of curriculum, providing strong educational leadership, and fostering a positive learning environment. Other responsibilities include managing and mentoring staff, maintaining academic standards, liaising with parents, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Curriculum Development and experience in managing educational programs
- Strong Educational Leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teachers and administrative staff
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and parents
- Experience in working with primary or middle school educational settings
- Understanding of modern educational practices and the ability to adapt to evolving teaching methodologies
- Relevant teaching or administrative certifications and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture
- Proficiency in school administration and leadership software or tools is an advantage
