• Drive the evolution of products toward multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture principles, and coding practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Personally contribute to critical design and implementation activities.
• Improve engineering productivity through modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Partner with Product, Business Analysts, QA, and Leadership to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive release planning, sprint execution, quality, and delivery predictability.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
• Establish scalable DevOps, observability, testing, and deployment practices.
Technical Expectations
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and multi-tenant platform design.
• Experience with tool like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Strong database design and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to evaluate and modernize existing architectures pragmatically.
AI-First Engineering Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate practical use of AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
Examples include:
• ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, Windsurf, or similar tools.
• AI-assisted architecture design.
• AI-assisted coding and refactoring.
• AI-driven testing and test generation.
• AI-assisted debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Documentation and knowledge management using AI.
• Agentic workflows and engineering automation.
Candidates should be able to show measurable productivity improvements achieved through AI-assisted engineering.
Good-to-Have Domain Experience
Experience working on loyalty and rewards ecosystems, including loyalty platforms, channel incentive programs, dealer/retailer engagement solutions, points management systems, campaign engines, redemption workflows, gamification platforms, and B2B SaaS products.
