Looking for experts who have bulit high scalable, distributed systems in C++ pltform for a leading firm in Airline domain.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Level - 10-16 Years

Must have - C++ hands on coding experience , Problem solving, Microservices, Any cloud experience - AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI- any one is must.

Please note - will not consider embedded / firmware experience profile.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in C++, distributed systems in cloud environments, databases, and Linux.
• Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
• Participate in the complete product development lifecycle, including defining technical requirements, feasibility studies, project planning, and identifying dependencies.
• Analyze complex software/system issues and provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively and in a timely manner.
• Build applications that are easy to monitor and operate, improving infrastructure reliability.
• Apply best practices for code quality, security, unit testing, code reviews, and refactoring.
• Demonstrate cross-disciplinary technical knowledge (e.g., UI, networking, system architecture).

Continuous Improvement

• Suggest enhancements to components and manage technical debt effectively.
• Recommend improvements to engineering processes and technical delivery practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive service excellence.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and support the technical growth of junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Participate in Principal Engineer community initiatives and technical events.
• Act as a developer advocate by contributing to hackathons, recruitment initiatives, conferences, or open-source initiatives (based on influence and opportunity).
