Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) – Mobile with 4 - 6 years of experience in mobile test automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for Android and/or iOS applications, ensuring high product quality and faster release cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications.
- Write automated test scripts using tools such as Appium, Selenium, or Espresso/XCUITest.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Maintain test reports and dashboards for automation results.
Required Skills
- 4 - 6 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Strong experience in mobile automation using Appium.
- Experience in Java / JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Good understanding of Android and/or iOS platforms.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with API testing (Postman / RestAssured).
- Familiarity with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Experience with Git version control.
