What This Role Is
We are looking for a Principal Engineer who loves to code.
Not someone who used to code and now manages. Someone who still writes production code, reviews PRs with depth, and gets uncomfortable when engineering standards slip.
This is an individual contributor role. No team management. Pure engineering depth.

What You Will Own
1. Technical architecture and core engineering decisions
2. Hands-on coding, design, and code reviews
3. Setting and maintaining engineering standards
4. Building scalable, secure, and reliable AI platforms
5. Working directly with product and business leadership

What We Are Looking For
1. 8+ years of software engineering experience
2. Strong hands-on coding and system design — not just oversight
3. Track record of building and scaling production systems
4. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and APIs
5. Experience in AI, SaaS, or product companies is a plus
6. Available to join immediately

Compensation
₹15L – ₹18L per annum (Fixed Cash + ESOP), based on experience.
Equity participation for long-term contributors. Performance-linked incentives.

Work From Office — Pune, India (Wanwadi)
Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately are preferred.
