Role Description
The Principal Engineer will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of cutting-edge technical solutions at EB1A Experts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, where the engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable systems, lead technical projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, optimizing system performance, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong experience in system design, architecture, and scalable application development.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Hands-on skills in database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL technologies).
- Ability to lead technical teams, conduct detailed code reviews, and mentor junior engineers effectively.
- Adaptability to learn and implement emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and a track record of delivering high-performance solutions.
- Previous experience in full-stack development or machine learning is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
