Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver large-scale AI-driven software initiatives in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
- Design robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions with architects and senior engineers.
- Develop full-stack applications using Python (Django) and React frameworks.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and agent-based systems into enterprise applications.
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
- Drive improvements in software development lifecycle, tools, and engineering practices.
- Identify and address technical debt, ensuring long-term maintainability of systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI, cloud, and full-stack development.
Experience Required:
- 12 - 18 years of experience in software development and engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, and full-stack development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and database design/management.
- Hands-on experience in building scalable distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Agentic AI, and modern application architectures.
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of Java is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in leading large engineering initiatives and mentoring teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
