- Maintenance Windows – Participate in planned weekend maintenance activities as part of a rotating schedule.
- Knowledge Transfer & Documentation – Ensure systems are well-documented and that knowledge is shared within the team.
- Adaptability – Continuously learn and integrate new tools, platforms, and technologies used across client environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or managed services roles, with at least 3+ years supporting production environments at scale.

- Strong scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills for working in a consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in managed services or consulting environments with multiple concurrent clients.
- Familiarity with a broad range of database technologies (Oracle DB, SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.).
